I was quite excited when I was told to write a creative response since I had never tried before. The topic is to focus on the specific issues regarding the gender, sex and sexuality that might exist in 2050. As a tech lover, when it comes to the future, I always think of high-tech products and how they make a difference in our future life. Also, because I'm a game enthusiast, I had an idea to imagine a game which utilises the complete immersive VR equipment that can be directly linked to our brains. In this game no matter you are an LGBT or not, you can choose your gender and appearance and play. The game is designed to alter the public opinion about LGBT people in a world where laws have been perfected. Because I have noticed the inconsistency between the perfection of law and the ideological progress of the public.

To make my response more readable and engaging, I chose to write a gamer's journal in the first person. He fells in love with someone who plays this game because his brain has been damaged and the technology the game uses could active those broken parts. However, he is actually gay but plays as a woman. I gave their story a happy end because I want to demonstrate the ability of the game to dispelling stereotypes and prejudice. When I finished their story I felt unfeigned pleasure flowing through my heart, as if it is a true story that happened in the real world.
