This project is my first chance to work as a team in a professional setting. It changes my mind that it would be more efficient working alone and staying away from unnecessary communications with team members. It teaches me how to operate as a group to achieve the same goal. I found that when everyone plays his or her own role according to their personalities and skills, we become more productive and the communication is more efficient. The process of reaching out to our mentor, getting feedback and polishing the articles, sending articles to the mentor again to do proofreading, asking interviewees if they were satisfied, and finally handling articles to our clients makes me realise the arduous process leading up to the articles' publication.
